Shipping & delivery

Cost

Courier delivery is R99 per order, whatever the size of your order. The delivery cost is shown before you pay.

Timing

In-stock orders leave us within 2–3 working days. Door-to-door delivery takes a further 2–4 working days.

Preorders are sent as soon as stock is ready. The expected date is shown on the product page, and if an order mixes preorder and in-stock items we send everything together.

Tracking

When your parcel leaves us, we email you the courier’s name and your waybill number so you can follow it to your door.

If something goes wrong

• Nobody home? The courier will contact you on the number you gave at checkout to arrange another attempt.
• Damaged parcel? Please take a photo and email us within 7 days. We’ll replace it or refund you.
• Wrong address? Contact us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been collected by the courier we may not be able to change it.

Outside South Africa

We don’t ship internationally yet. If you’d like to order from abroad, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
