Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted, and a contract formed, when your payment succeeds and we email your order confirmation. If we can’t fulfil an order, for example because an item has sold out, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are in South African rand and include any taxes that apply. The delivery fee is shown separately at checkout, before you pay. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we’ll contact you before processing the order.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Yoco by card or Instant EFT. We never see or store your full card details.

Preorders

A preorder reserves an item before it is available. You pay when you order. We aim to dispatch by the date shown on the product page and will tell you promptly if that changes. Where no date is shown, we will deliver within 30 days of your order unless we agree otherwise with you. You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Delivery

We deliver within South Africa. Delivery times and costs are explained on our shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel within 7 days of receiving your goods under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Protection Act. See our returns page for how to return an item and how refunds work.

The text, illustrations and photographs on this website and in our products are protected by copyright and belong to us or to the authors and illustrators we work with. Please don’t reproduce them without permission.

We use your personal information only to process your order and, if you agree, to send you news. Read our privacy policy.

If you’re unhappy with anything, please email hello@thejesuscorner.co.za first so we can put it right. You may also contact the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. We may update these terms from time to time; the version that applies is the one on this page when you place your order.
